Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, permanent Lounge Manager for our Surulere, Lagos venue. Immediate start. Salary ₦80,00–₦120,00/month.
- Supervise restaurant and bar service; coordinate kitchen and bar operations.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance; lead and motivate team.
- Control inventory and waste; maintain hygiene and venue ambience.
- Develop and run promotions; ensure food and beverage compliance.
- Prepare basic sales and operations reports; multitask effectively under pressure.
Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lounge Manager, proven management, leadership and communication skills, hospitality knowledge, and strong customer focus. Available to start immediately? Briefly describe your management experience in your application.
