Job Description
About the Role:
This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with extensive hands-on experience in hospitality. You will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s daily operations, leading the staff, upholding exceptional service standards, and fostering growth through innovative guest experiences and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all resort operations, including accommodations, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and enforce service excellence standards.
- Administer budgets and identify new revenue opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
