Job Description
Nuggets Microfinance Bank is on the lookout for a skilled Resident Internal Controller to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a background in the financial sector being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure branch operations adhere to established policies.
- Perform thorough audits of loans, cash flow, and transactions.
- Identify and escalate any irregularities and potential risks.
- Assist in audit processes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Foster a culture of accountability within the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₦150,00 – ₦200,00 per month
