Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections during various stages of construction projects.
- Review project specifications to identify quality standards and requirements.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Implement quality control processes to enhance project outcomes.
- Stay current on industry quality standards and regulations.
- Identify and report construction defects and initiate corrective action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., Chartered Institute of Building – CIOB).
- Proven minimum 4 years experience as a Quality Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in building codes and standards.
- Meticulous observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: ₦280,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
