Job Description
Parallel Travel and Tours Limited is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Reservations Ticketing Agent to join our team in Lekki. This full-time, hybrid position offers flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities encompass booking flights, managing customer inquiries, providing essential travel information, and processing reservations, all while upholding our high customer service standards.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of travel and tourism, and sales experience. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous. Previous experience in the travel industry will be considered a plus.
