The Reservations Coordinator manages booking operations, responds to guest inquiries, and maintains accurate reservation records to maximize occupancy and ensure high guest satisfaction.

• Process, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations; record payments and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to support smooth check-ins and room readiness.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, addressing issues and inquiries promptly.

Requirements: 1–2 years of hospitality or reservations experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, proficiency with booking software, and availability for flexible shifts.
