Job Description
Al Tannan General Trading LLC is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Administrator to handle customer inquiries (phone, email, messaging); process orders, reports, and internal documents; maintain Excel records; coordinate with internal teams; and perform general administrative duties. Applicants should have 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience, strong spoken and written English, basic Excel skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently. Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or CRM systems is an advantage.
