Job Description
We seek a Relationship Officer to manage and grow client portfolios while delivering exceptional service. You will cultivate strong client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate CRM records. Responsibilities include client onboarding, preparing portfolio and performance reports, meeting sales and service targets, and supporting business development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in banking, financial services, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales aptitude
- Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office
- Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset
