Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your main duties will include understanding client needs, providing product information, and resolving any issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
