Job Description

We are recruiting to fill the position of Relationship Officer in Lagos on a Full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in market storms, community fairs, and cluster marketing initiatives.
- Post-disbursement monitoring.
- Evaluate credit histories, documentation, and process credit finance applications within specified time limits.
- Recruit new credit finance and deposit mobilization through the marketing and sales of the bank’s products and services.
- Complete credit contracts and educate clients on applicable terms and conditions.
- Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts.
- Ensure the retention of existing customers.
- Maintaining a healthy portfolio.
- Maintain and update account records.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. / HND or OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a loan officer in a credit or financial institution.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
