Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client partnerships, drive account growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues promptly, and preparing performance reports. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in client-facing roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems and fluency in English are required.
