Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to cultivate strong, long-term client relationships, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and engage clients across assigned markets. Duties include collecting and reviewing loan applications and supporting documents; performing thorough credit analyses (business assessments, cash-flow evaluation, character checks, and collateral verification); recommending loan approvals or rejections in accordance with risk assessment, lending guidelines, and KYC compliance; maintaining a low-default, low-delinquency loan portfolio; and advising clients on loan products, terms, and repayment obligations. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
