Job Description
We are seeking a Reintegration Officer to support safe, dignified, and sustainable reintegration of beneficiaries into their communities.
Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing personalized reintegration plans, coordinating services with partners, providing case management and psychosocial support, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field, 2+ years experience in community or case work, strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, problem-solving, familiarity with monitoring and reporting, and ability to travel.
