Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Patient care, including monitoring and medication administration.
- Care planning and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Accurate documentation of patient records.
- Patient education on health conditions and self-care.
- Continuous monitoring and prompt response to emergencies.
- Effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
- Advocacy for patient rights and well-being.
- Collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Critical thinking for sound clinical judgments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
- Valid nursing license.
- BLS and ACLS may be required.
- Clinical skills, communication, compassion, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changes in healthcare protocols.
- Ethical practice
- Physical stamina.
