Job Description

The Regional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing operations in multiple locations within a specific region. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficient and effective functioning of all branches within the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and evaluating branch performance, ensuring targets are met
• Providing guidance and support to branch managers
• Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales
