Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a designated territory. The successful candidate will develop regional strategies, lead a team of account executives, and cultivate key client relationships to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Responsibilities: forecasting, performance coaching, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to implement promotions and product launches.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel.
