Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager, Value Solutions to lead regional teams, accelerate revenue growth, and champion our value-based product portfolio. The role requires developing territory strategies, managing key accounts, coaching sales representatives, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Responsibilities: establish and meet regional targets, create account plans, mentor sales staff, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B sales leadership with a proven record of meeting targets, strong negotiation and market-analysis skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
