Seedworks Limited is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee revenue growth in the South West region from our Lagos office. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a dynamic sales team while fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your strategic insights will be crucial in developing and executing effective sales plans to meet and surpass performance targets.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 5 years of sales management experience in the automotive or aviation sectors. Exceptional leadership, communication, and business development skills are required, along with a willingness to travel frequently.
