Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts at Mandala Group (MDL). To be successful in this role, you should have experience managing store operations while being accountable for reaching targets. You will remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals.

Responsibilities include creating regional sales plans, supporting Store Managers, evaluating performances, forecasting profits, and identifying hiring needs. You will also analyze market trends, address problems, and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦259,00.00 per month
