Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in our designated region. You will lead sales teams, set ambitious targets, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Your strategic approach will be key in achieving sales goals and identifying new market opportunities.
Responsibilities include executing the regional sales strategy, managing product ordering, analyzing market trends, building distributor relationships, and coaching team members to excel.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field, 5+ years in sales management, proven track record, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and market analysis ability.
