Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Project Lead to oversee project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality targets are achieved while aligning cross-functional teams with strategic objectives.
- Direct regional project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and budget control.
- Coordinate stakeholders, enforce governance, and standardize reporting across locations.
- Mentor and develop local project managers to improve performance and consistency.
Qualifications: 5+ years in project leadership, PMP or equivalent preferred; strong communication and analytical skills; demonstrated success managing regional teams.
