Job Description

We seek a Regional Program Officer to design, implement, and oversee initiatives that promote market-based reforms across the region. The role includes grant management, partner and stakeholder coordination, program monitoring and evaluation, and contributions to policy advocacy and communications. The officer will ensure high-quality reporting and effective program delivery while representing the organization regionally.

• Experience: 3–5 years in program or project management
• Skills: strong analytical, monitoring, and reporting abilities; excellent English and interpersonal skills
• Qualifications: bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred; familiarity with economic policy and willingness to travel
