Job Description
The Regional MEL Officer will lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning for multi-country programs, ensuring evidence-based decision-making and high-quality, timely reporting.
- Design and implement MEL frameworks; develop indicators and data collection tools.
- Manage quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Facilitate learning events, build staff capacity, and contribute to donor reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field; minimum 3 years of MEL experience with multi-country programs; strong analytical skills; familiarity with quantitative and qualitative methods; proficiency in Excel and visualization tools; excellent English communication skills.
