Job Description
Bisedge is in search of a proactive Regional Manager to lead operations across various locations within a specified geographic area. The selected candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing business strategies that align with both short-term and long-term objectives, while ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and company guidelines.
The core responsibilities include directing regional operations, enhancing sales and profitability, analyzing performance metrics, managing customer relationships, and overseeing recruitment and team management. The ideal applicant will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years’ experience in operations management, and a proven track record of effectively managing teams of 100 or more employees.
