Adron Homes and Properties is actively seeking a Regional Manager to lead our recruitment and staff administration efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment initiatives, implementing effective recruitment strategies, overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring compliance, and managing salary administration.
Key Responsibilities:
