Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Consumer Sales Manager to lead and expand consumer sales across the region. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage and coach a team of sales professionals, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to drive market share and revenue growth.

• Responsibilities: set targets, analyze market data, produce forecasts, coordinate with marketing, and ensure excellent retail execution.
• Qualifications: 5+ years in consumer/FMCG sales, demonstrated leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel; bachelor’s degree preferred.
