Job Description
As a Refugee Led Organization Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s mission to support refugees and ensure their voices are heard. This position requires proficiency in both French and English.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with refugee-led organizations to collaborate on grassroots initiatives.
- Representing our organization in external meetings and events, advocating for the rights and needs of refugees.
- Providing support and guidance to refugee-led organizations in their organizational development and capacity building efforts.
- Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the collaboration between refugee-led organizations and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to fundraising efforts to sustain and expand our initiatives.
