Oxen Hr Limited, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our team in providing high-quality personal care to adults with diverse needs in a person-centred approach.
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions based on hiring requests and sourcing
- Recruit technically suitable candidates for job openings
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Knowledge of on-boarding and induction processes
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews
- Follow up on interview process status
- Understand HR daily reporting
