Job Description
Eko Maintenance Limited, a leading Facility Management Company in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join their team.
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet hiring managers to discuss job openings
- Post job roles on various platforms
- Conduct interviews and create recruitment reports
- Source and interview qualified candidates
- Handle onboarding process for new employees
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Remuneration:
- Salary Package: N120,00 – N150,00 with HMO and Pension
- Leave Benefits: 12 days sick leave and 12 days annual leave
