Job Description
TeamAce is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Intern to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will identify exceptional talent, develop robust candidate pipelines, and assist in fulfilling our clients’ hiring requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post engaging job advertisements.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Manage and update candidate databases.
- Conduct thorough reference checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Salary: N100,00 monthly.
