Job Description
FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Recruiter located in Abuja. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of ₦160,00.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify hiring needs and define the requirements for each role.
- Source qualified candidates through diverse channels.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and labor market changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
