This full-time (hybrid) position, based in Lagos, requires an individual adept at navigating the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to interviewing and securing top talent.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, post job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-4 years of recruitment experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in recruitment platforms are essential.
