Job Description
DelonJobs is looking to hire a Recovery Operations Supervisor for a leading financial institution located in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate would be responsible for ensuring all digital loans disbursed are performing and the NPL is below the industry standard of 5%. Interested candidates must possess a first degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience. The salary is competitive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all outstanding debts.
- Plan a course of action to recover monies owed.
- Locate and contact customers in a proactive manner.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- Handle customers’ questions or complaints.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.
- Build trust with debtors.
Job Requirements:
- First degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of unit operations.
- Compliance with consumer protection policies and other regulations.
- Understanding of Internal Policies & Guidelines.
