Job Description
Nosagie Holdings is actively searching for a committed Recovery Officer to oversee our loan portfolio and ensure the prompt recovery of overdue and non-performing loans. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in mitigating credit risk and encouraging timely repayments from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor loan accounts for potential defaults.
- Engage with delinquent clients to facilitate repayments.
- Negotiate customized repayment plans.
- Work in tandem with the Credit Team on recovery initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare relevant recovery reports.
- Inform clients about their loan obligations.
Qualifications: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in credit or collections.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: ₦220,00 – ₦250,00 per month.
