Job Description
ALERT MICROFINANCE BANK is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Client Communication: Engaging with borrowers about their payment obligations.
- Negotiation: Working out repayment plans with clients in financial distress.
- Field Visits: Conducting on-site assessments when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of recovery efforts.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates on recovery status to management.
- Compliance: Adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines.
