Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers invites applications for a full-time Front Desk Officer in Lekki Phase 1. Salary: ₦100,00/month. We are a rapidly growing retail brand specializing in baby essentials, committed to quality products and friendly service.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, managing inquiries, performing basic POS/cash tasks, maintaining a tidy reception, and providing administrative support to sales staff.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or front desk roles
- Skills: excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to multitask under pressure
