Job Description
Virginrose Resorts is looking for a dedicated Receptionist with at least one year of experience to become a valuable part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming guests, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- warmly greet guests upon their arrival and manage reservations effectively.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Ensure precise guest information and handle complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain a well-organized front desk operation.
Qualifications:
- A degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
