Eurocom Stratégies is excited to announce an opening for a Receptionist at one of its partner hotels in Thionville, as part of a BTS Tourism apprenticeship program. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring they receive high-quality service.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Process reservations and follow up as necessary.
- Prepare invoices and handle payment processing.
- Maintain email correspondence and ensure effective communication.
- Provide breakfast service as needed.
