Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist/Secretary to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth office operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
