Job Description

Midhousepro Limited is in need of a qualified Receptionist/Social Media Manager.

Job duties include:

  • Planning, developing, and launching compelling social content and campaigns.
  • Managing platforms such as Google ads, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Generating and converting online leads into sales.
  • Engaging with clients, acquiring feedback, and improving member experience.
  • Resolving member requests and complaints across all touchpoints.
  • Making sales calls, managing the daily call log, following up on leads, and closing deals.
  • Providing daily reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative, sales, social media, and online marketing experience in Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Figma, PDF, and other social media apps.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, problem solver, and punctual.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Capability to learn and adapt quickly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Real Estate Market is a major asset.
  • Prior experience in marketing and sales is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of an OND or equivalent is required.

This is a Hybrid Role:

Work schedule: 3 times a week. Laptop is required for hybrid work, or working full-time from the office.

Salary: ₦80,00 per month.

Location: Gbagada Lagos (Applicants should reside within the mainland axis).
