We are looking for a courteous and efficient Receptionist to become a valuable member of our team at Peckers Valley View Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver exceptional customer service and oversee front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage incoming phone calls.
• Coordinate room reservations and facilitate check-ins and check-outs.
• Address guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
• Ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₦30,00.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month
