Job Description
One and Only Health Centre is seeking a reliable full-time Receptionist for our Victoria Island medical spa. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Key duties: welcome clients, manage bookings, handle calls and messages, process payments, maintain accurate records, and keep the front desk organized.
- Minimum 1 year front-desk or customer service experience (clinic, salon, or spa preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills; basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, email, booking systems)
- Punctuality and ability to commute to Victoria Island
