Job Description
Oakspring Hotel & Luxury Suites seeks a professional full-time Receptionist to provide courteous front-desk service. Core duties include greeting and directing guests, answering and forwarding calls, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining a tidy reception area, recording visitors, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, ordering supplies, and performing clerical tasks (filing, photocopying).
Qualifications: proven reception/front office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with office equipment, strong verbal and written communication, excellent organization and multitasking, customer-service orientation, and a professional appearance. High school diploma required; Office Management certification is a plus. Salary: ₦50,00–₦60,00 per month.
