Job Description
Leys Hotel is excited to invite applications for the position of Receptionist. We are looking for a skilled and personable individual to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations and inquiries with professionalism, managing phone calls and emails efficiently, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Providing exceptional customer service is a must.
Requirements: Candidates should have excellent communication skills, preferably with hospitality experience, and an ability to multitask effectively. Residents of Ibeju-Lekki, especially those living in the Bogije area, are encouraged to apply.
