Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month
Experience: Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
