Job Description
Kelsey Greene Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Receptionist. This full-time role is based in Oregun, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and address inquiries promptly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Salary: N60,00 – N70,00, commensurate with experience.
