Responsibilities:
- Greet students and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist visitors in finding their way around the office.
- Announce visitors as necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience as a receptionist in the education sector is an added advantage.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
