Job Description
Eurocom Stratégies is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist for a partner hotel located in Amnéville. This position is part of a work-study program in Tourism Management, providing valuable practical experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to ensure an exceptional service experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle reservations and billing processes efficiently.
- Support breakfast service as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing a degree in Tourism Management.
