Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage appointments and schedules
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
