Job Description
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking a Receptionist for their Service Apartments located in Ogba, Ikeja – Lagos. This is a full-time position with the following responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out guests according to company standards
- Provide keys and accompany guests to their rooms/apartments
- Offer information on room features, utilities, and local amenities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, manage calls & emails efficiently
- Collaborate with managers to address concerns
- Handle reservations accurately and promote property facilities
- Ensure billing is done accurately
Requirements:
- HND / OND / B.Sc Degree with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and team player
- Previous experience in Hotel Reception or Serviced apartments preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English, flexible with working hours
- Proficient in Word and Excel, experience in channel management systems is a plus
